Rosemary Million Dodgins, 59, of Clayton, died Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2013, at her residence.

She was born July 15, 1954, in Lexington, Va., to the late Charles and Doris Miller Million. She was the wife of Lewis Dodgins of Clayton. Rosemary was a former employee of Gordon Mills Shoe Manufacturing Company and was a homemaker. She was a member of Robbinsville (N.C.) Baptist Church, and she attended Newman’s Chapel Baptist Church in Otto, N.C.

Survivors include: her husband, Lewis Dodgins of Clayton; a son, Zachary Lewis Dodgins of Clayton; a daughter, Tammy G. Holbrook (James) of Clayton; four brothers, Sonny Million (Melanie) of Blairsville, Billy Million (Rita) and Bobby Million (Linda), both of Habersham County, and Tim Million (Sandra) of Tiger; two sisters, Cheryl Blackwell (Jimmy) of Toccoa and Wanda Bennett (Ralph) of Vermont; four grandchildren, John and Brandon Richmond, both of Clayton, Jordan Dodgins of South Carolina and Austin Holbrook of Clayton; a great-grandson, Darryn Richmond of Clayton; and several nephews, nieces and cousins.

Funeral services were held Saturday at Hunter Funeral Home with the Revs. Danny Cannon and Thomas Burrell officiating. Burial followed at Pickett Cemetery.
