Any brochures, listings, or other advertisements issued by the Board of Commissioners or by any other person, firm, corporation or association with the knowledge and consent of the Board of Commissioners, shall be deemed to be a statement of intention of the Board of Commissioners concerning the use of the proceeds of the Debt, and such statement of intention shall be binding upon the Board of Commissioners in the expenditure of such Debt or interest received from such Debt to the extent provided in Section 36-8-1 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated. The principal and interest on the Debt are expected to be paid from proceeds of the Sales and Use Tax and shall be payable in lawful money of the United States of America.
