Left surviving him were his wife, Sarah Hamlin; three sons, David, Mark and John Hamlin; four grandchildren, Travis Hamlin, Adrian Hamlin, Cameron Hamlin and Chloe Hamlin; two sisters, Marion Ross and Nellie Philpott; a brother, Norman Ross; and numerous nieces and nephews.
No funeral services are planned. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Sid Weber Memorial Cancer Fund, P.O. Box 484, Rabun Gap, GA 30568.
