Memorial services for Otis Holoman Fiveash, 61, of Ashburn, were held Friday at Perry Funeral Home in Ashburn. He passed away Wednesday at his residence following a brief illness.

The son of the late William Jackson Fiveash and Blanche Baker Gregory, he was born in Albany. He was a self-employed charter boat captain for many years in Florida. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Smith.

Survivors include: his son and daughter-in-law, Garrett and Ann Fiveash, and his granddaughter, Stormy Fiveash, all of Macon; his sisters, Suzi (Tom) Larocca of Ashburn and Patricia Gregory of Tampa, Fla.; and his brothers, Ken (Carol) Vance of Milledgeville and Tony (Benita) Gregory of Franklin, N.C.
