Linda McLeroy
Linda McLeroy, 61, died Thursday, Oct. 20, 2011, at her home. She was the wife of Allen N. McLeroy.

She was born Oct. 26, 1949, in Baltimore to the late Jack Smith, formerly of Baltimore, and the late Stella (Maggio) Creamer, formerly of Orlando, Fla.

Linda was a local Realtor with Craig Realty, was on the board of directors of Richard's Kids, and an accomplished artist. She enjoyed traveling and hunting with her husband.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by: a daughter and son-in-law, Dawn (Mancuso) Aye and husband Lester of Broadus, Mont.; two sons, James Lawley and fiancee Dawn Stevens of Brooksville, Fla., and Brian Lawley and fiancee Michele Johnson of Orlando, Fla.; seven grandchildren, Stephanie and John Kramme, Lea, Rebecca and Justin Aye and Briana and Morgan Lawley; four great-grandchildren; two brothers, Mark (Cindy) Creamer of Hilton Head, S.C., and Richard (Elaine) Creamer of Bluffton, S.C.; two sisters, Barbara (Frank) Parsons of Rabun Gap and Shawn (Scott) Clark of Orlando; and eight nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Stella (Maggio) Creamer, and her father, Jack Smith.

A memorial service was held Monday at Rabun Gap Presbyterian Church.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Linda's name may be made to the Sid Weber Memorial Cancer Fund, in care of Rabun Gap Presbyterian Church, 8397 Wolffork Road, Rabun Gap, GA 30568.
