Helen Gregory Ledbetter, 79, of Clayton, passed away Sunday, April 22, 2012, at her home on Germany Road.

She was born Oct. 18, 1932, in Knoxville to H.E. and Carolyn Julia Harrell Gregory. She was a seamstress at Clayburne Manufacturing and loved to crochet and work puzzles.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Ledbetter was preceded in death by: her husband Robert Calvin Ledbetter Sr.; and a son, Robert Calvin Ledbetter Jr.

She is survived by: a daughter, Carolyn Gragg of Clayton; four grandchildren, Melissa Gragg, Jennifer Santiago, Chassi Dodson and Tano Santos; and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services were held Wednesday at the Beck Funeral Home chapel with the Revs. Tim Hunnicutt and John Reeser officiating. Burial followed at Roane Cemetery.
