Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a security deed given by John Grady Gibson and Zelda Faye Gibson to 1st Franklin Financial Corporation dated November 13, 2007 recorded in Deed Book X32 pages 6-8 of the Rabun County, Georgia Deed Records, conveying the after described property to secure a note in the original principal balance of $17,462.29 with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, before the courthouse door of Rabun County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in January, 2012, the following described property: See Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference for a full and complete description thereof: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 1 of the 5th Land District of Rabun County, Georgia and being more particularly described as follows: To find the point and place of beginning, reference is hereby made to a plat of survey dated March 20, 1991 prepared by William F.
